This Policy statement is intended to help you understand how WTFM collects and uses information about you in connection with the Contest (WTFM SRM) application, (“WTFM Facebook Page”), which includes use of any applications within the WTFM Facebook Page, and on WTFM website.

We collect information from you when you register, and from time to time when respond to a survey or fill out a form.  Any data we request that is not required will be voluntary or optional. When registering on this site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address or phone number, and other various demographic details.  You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

Like most websites, we use cookies to enhance your experience, gather general visitor information, and track visits to our website. Collected Information: Once you allow “Access” to the WTFM Facebook Page or register on WTFM’s website, WTFM may collect and have access to the information that you have chosen to put in your profile (e.g., name, profile picture, gender, current city, networks, friend lists, pages you “Like”, etc.) or information you otherwise provide directly to WTFM. Additionally, WTFM collects and has access to your profile identification number (a unique number associated with each user profile on the site).

  • Website improvement: in an effort to continually improve our website and its offerings, we rely on information and feedback we gather from you.
  • Send periodic emails; the email address you provide for registration, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to this site, it’s services, and related information from any Channel or Sponsor associated. If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, this can be accomplished within your personal profile once you are logged into the system.
  • Features administration; to administer contests, promotion, survey or other site features.
  • WTFM may use, and in some instances store, the information it collects to administer and communicate with you regarding the programs available through the WTFM Facebook Page, or WTFM website. For example, your profile identification number is used to identify you when you visit the WTFM Facebook Page in order to provide you access to the application functionality.

WTFM may share the photo and name found in your profile, as well as your WTFM Facebook Page activity in accordance with your privacy settings on the Facebook platform each time you take an action within the WTFM Facebook Page application (e.g., commenting, “liking” the WTFM Facebook Page, etc.). WTFM will share the information it collects with its service providers to help in administering related promotions and programs, or as otherwise required by law, such as responding to legal process and protecting against fraud.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
