Hi My name is Cody Guess, I am 12 years old and I am
walking in the March of Dimes Walk
Last year I set a goal to raise $7,500 so that I could
name a 2007 Tennessee State Program Grant after someone. I made it by raising
$8,000. I named the grant in honor of Drew, a little boy who was born premature.
I heard about Drew because his mother, Taylor Morgan is on the WTFM morning
radio show that I listen to on my way to school.
I WAS SO EXCITED TO FIND OUT THAT I WAS THE 2006 TOP
YOUTH
This year my goal is to raise $10,000 to help save
babies. I have been the top youth walker in the Tri-Cities for more than ten
years, because I believe that all babies deserve a chance to be born healthy
